Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.
- Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order has been shipped.

International Deliveries:

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- BritSplash is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shop@BritSplash.com.
- If the package is lost in transit and confirmed by the courier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
